Artist Statement
Art is a means of communication. It exists somewhere between the physical and the spiritual self. Maybe it's really a link of the two. It has intelligence, like fire has intelligence.
Simply..I like art, I like to paint pictures,I like to make pots, and I really like to teach making pots. Teaching is about reminding people of what we already know. Instruction is quite different from teaching..it's important to be mindful of that!
Every moment is an opportunity to choose an attitude. I choose happiness, mostly!

Custom work is a passion of mine. For instance...would you like a very special wedding gift for someone? I will take the image from the wedding invitation and copy it by hand onto a hand made plate, plaque or bowl for you. The ideas are limitless..please call to talk about a great idea for you!
